This cozy & comfortable 3-bedroom/1 full bath/1 half bath cottage, centrally located on a one-way street in the family oriented community of Chadwick Beach, NJ, sleeps up to 10 and has PARKING for 4 CARS.

Enjoy the pristine Chadwick Community Beach with strolling boardwalk just steps away from the house.  Beach badges not included - badges available at the badge house for a small fee to support the Chadwick Beach Association.

As a guest of the house, you will enjoy an enclosed screened porch, gas grill, outdoor shower and secluded side deck with umbrella table & chairs.  This house also features, central heating/air conditioning, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, stemware, dishes & utensils, washer/dryer, TV’s.  Each sleeping area has a comforter – we do not provide bed sheet, pillows or towels.

Convenient neighborhood amenities include, walking distance to: WAWA mini-mart, Lasolas Gourmet Deli, miniature golf, tennis courts, basketball courts and marina.

Chadwick Beach is located just south of Mantoloking/Normandy Beach and just north of, Ocean Beach and Lavallette, NJ.

Pt. Pleasant (Jenkinson`s Amusement Park) is just a 10-minute (7-mile) car ride (north on Rt 35) while Seaside (Casino Pier) is about 5-minutes (3-miles) South on Rt 35.

No prom rentals - no smoking - no pets.
