Our beautiful 7 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 floor Victorian beachblock home has been lovingly restored and sleeps 20 (can accommodate up to 43 in the same property, see below). Take a step back in time as you relax in our completely renovated home, furnished with beautiful antiques and lovely decorations. Enjoy ocean views, modern amenities including central air, secured WIFI, an XBox with many games, a 32 inch flat screen hdtv PLUS A 37 or 42 INCH FOR 2011. 

The expansive, breezy, wrap around deck is perfect for enjoying your favorite book or simply "people watching". Enter the spacious foyer and note the beautiful antiques and oak staircase leading to the 7 bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd third floors. Entertain in the elegant, antique furnished living room with ocean views, enjoy drinks at the rich mahogany bar while gazing at a "faux" fire from the electric fireplace (available October 2011) with the ambiance of a European tavern, or watch tv (32 inch n 2010, 37 or 42 inch in 2011) in a cozy family room with leather sofas adjacent to a beautiful full bath. We have dozens of card and board games for you to enjoy with your family and friends. The large county kitchen is ideal for family meals as it accommodates up to 14 people at the hand-crafted kitchen table & boasts modern amenities including Corian counters & beautiful cabinets. There is seating for 6 to 8 more in the adjoining bar area.

The 2nd floor has 4 gorgeous antique furnished bedrooms all with quaint individual sink & tvs  (1 with cable, 2 with dvd players, 1 with a vcr). Two rooms have queen beds (1 also has a travel crib), 1 has a double & twin, 1 has a double. One room has great ocean views, 2 have partial ocean views, & 2 have views of the giant ferris wheel, beautifully lit at night!  The charming full bath has been completely updated.

The 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms, all with cable tv. The first has a set of bunk beds, a trundle (side by side twins that convert to a king-size bed), and a cot. The second bedroom has two double beds. The fabulous master suite has a queen bed, a stained glass ceiling fan, tv/dvd, lovely antiques, & unbelievable views of the ocean & giant ferris wheel. The private master bath has a beautiful new tiled shower and pedestal sink, & an over-sized jacuzzi! In 2011, the master bath will be accessible only via the third floor hall, just steps from any bedroom, in order to give the guests in the master bedroom more privacy.  The entire third floor is being renovated and repainted for the 2011 season.

Included are ten beach tags, two off-street parking spaces and two fully enclosed `outside` showers with large dressing rooms which you can use throughout the week, and after check out on Saturday. For 2011, enjoy all of your favorite sporting events including the World Series, Superbowl, Stanley Cup, U.S. Open, World Cup, Kentucky Derby and more on three flat screen tvs in the first floor living area: a 37 or 42 inch (depending on space), 32 inch and 22 inch. 

If you need more space, we have 3 adjacent condos. Condo A (SV listing # 1908) sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a large living room, new kitchen, fabulous tavern-style dining room with exposed brick walls, & new`handicap friendly` full bath. Condo B (SV listing #1898) sleeps 7 in 2 bedrooms with a pull-out sofa & 1.5 baths. Condo C (SV listing #1917) is an efficiency & sleeps 4 in a double bed and twin bunks with a sectional sofa, granite coffee table, mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker & toaster.  While we can accommodate 43 oernight guests, the maximum number of guests permitted on the property is 50.

Our beautifully renovated and restored home is ideal for family reunions, a getaway with friends, couples or girls weekends, weddings, civil unions, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, spiritual retreats, corporate events, and other celebrations. Our spectacular courtyard, reminiscent of a French cafe, seasonally accommodates up to 42 at beautiful wrought iron furniture surrounded by pretty potted flowers, lovely hanging baskets, tiny white lights and a fountain. We will gladly help plan the perfect event!

We are located just one block to the beach, boardwalk, shuffleboard courts and beach volleyball.  We are a half block to the 12 tennis courts - 6 turf, 6 clay.  Note that a nominal fee is charged in the summer until 5:00 p.m.   A skate park is located one block away.  Full pads - elbow, wrist and knee, as well as helmets are required. Very reasonable daily and weekly fees apply.  St roll our 2 mile boardwalk and find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples and more!), two amusement piers, mini-golf courses, movie theatres, gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry, a lovely Christmas shop, and much, much more.  Nearby, you can rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk.  At the bay, you can participate in many water sports including jet skiing, boating, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and more!  Within walking distance you will find many restaurants, several of which remain open year-round.  A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the shopping district of OC, with over 100 shops.  On summer Wednesdays, visit a fabulous farmer`s market just three blocks from our home.  Once per week is Family Night on Asbury Avenue, and another night during the week is Family Night on the Boardwalk.  If quiet time is what you seek, just relax in our lovely courtyard amidst lovely hanging baskets and potted plants while enjoying the ocean breeze.

September:  $750 per night, 3 night min. Fourth night is half price.
October:  $675/night, 2 night min. Third night is half price.
November & December, non-holidays:  $600/night, 2 night min. THIRD NIGHT IS FREE! 
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year`s: $700/night, 3 night min. Fourth night is half price.
Jan - March:  $600/night, 2 night min. THIRD NIGHT IS FREE! 
April: $650/night, 2 night min. 3rd NIGHT IS HALF OFF EXCEPT FOR EASTER which has a 3 night min.
May: $850/night for 2 nights, $750/night for 3 nights.  FAMILIES ONLY - no under 25 groups at this rate!
Mid-week stays: Save 10-percent for 2 nights or 15-percent for 3 nights.
