Reverse living to take advantage of the picturesque view. Great for entertaining family and friends.
Very large open entertaining and dining area with large screen tv and walk out furnished deck overlooking the ocean.

Fully equipped kitchen with eat-in area and desk with dsl line but no computer.

All linens included and has central air. The house has only been lived in for very short time so is very neat and clean. A must see. Has everything you need.

We rent to families and adults. (no senior weeks, spring breakers or proms)

No smoking & no pets please.

Rates:(minimum of one week for winter & two weeks for summer & September)

Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks are $3675 each.

A 50% deposit is required with rental agreement and the balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date along with the security and cleaning fee in separate checks.

Cleaning fee of $150 is mandatory.

There is a fee of $25 for any returned checks.
