The small but fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, but no dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a whitewashed pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and a single on top), a dresser, cable tv, two chairs and a desk. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, art deco waterfall furniture, and cable tv. The cozy family room/dining area has a PULL OUT SOFA, love seat, a ceiling fan, two kitchen tables with 2 chairs each (they can be combined to make one larger table), a coffee table, and 32 inch flat screen hdtv with cable, dvd player, PlayStationII and lots of games. Window air conditioning units are located in the family room and each bedroom.
Our lovely courtyard, reminiscent of a French Cafe, adjacent to Condos A and B, is fully enclosed with lattice-work, pretty, freshly painted wrought iron furniture, lots of beautiful potted flowers and hanging baskets, hundreds of tiny white lights, a small garden and a fountain. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and cocktails.
Included with the condo rental is one off-street parking space, a shared gas grill, shared washer and dryer, and four beach tags. We have lots of boogie boards and buckets and shovels for you to use. Two fully enclosed outside showers with dressing rooms are also available for you to share with our other guests. You are welcome to use these late on the day of your departure so you can enjoy the beach for another full day!
This first floor unit is perfect for people who wish to avoid stairs, as there is just a four-inch step into the unit and no other stairs. Please note this is not a handicap accessible unit as the hallway from the kitchen to bedrooms is narrow. The bright, comfortable apartment was completely renovated three years ago and was recently repainted. It is very bright, clean and well maintained.
