The condo is located between 11th and 12th St  and is right across the street from the beach!   If you want to cross the street and be at the beach,  this would be perfect for you.  
 It is on the 1st floor.    It is pool facing.    This condo is located next to the Trylon !

• There are Gas Grills, Bike Racks and offstreet parking for 1 Car.  

• There is patio space that includes bar-stool height chairs and table.

• They sleeps 5 Comfortably - 1 DOUBLE Bed / 1 QUEEN Bed and  Pull Out Couch, Cable TV (1 Flat Screen and 1 regular), Internet Access,  and Central air!

• They have a remodeled kitchen and laminate flooring.  Very Clean and well kept !
