Free event at Poricy Park, 5-8pm. Includes candy, costume contests, cartooning with the Doodle Dude, haunted hayrides, a scavenger hunt and more. Costume contests for several age groups and groups of two or more begin at 5:15pm. Hayrides from 5:30pm.
