The rental includes central air, three decks with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, 65 inch hi def cable tv, tv’s in all bedrooms with cable access, gas grill, beach equipment storage, off street parking, several bikes, sand chairs, beach cart and umbrellas, boogie boards and beach badges, the outside shower has hot and cold water, wireless internet access throughout the property is included.
The first floor includes the kitchen that easily seats six and with the additional chairs and tables is capable of handling larger parties. Locate off the main hall is the washer and dryer and a half bath. The spacious living room provides ample space for family time in the evening and has a queen size pullout sofa for additonal stayover guests. The main deck is located off the living room throught the two sliding doors and due to it facing north and the upper deck it is shaded all day.
The second floor has three bedrooms and completely renovated full bath. The master bedroom located in the front has a king size bed with a large closet and dresser. The other front bedroom has a queen bed and a full size bed. This room is complete with a large closet and a 32 inch tv that is great if the kids want to play video games. Both front bedrooms have access to the upper deck that is ideal for sunbathing.The third bedroom has a full size and single bed with a walk-in closet. All beds have multiple pillows and blankets and fine linens are available upon request ( at no additional cost).
