MAIN FLOOR: Porch, Living Area with Sofa bed, Dining Room, two bedrooms with Queen beds, full bath with his and her sinks, kitchen.
GROUND FLOOR: Laundry and Bath, bedroom with Twin over Full Bunk bed and large storage closet. Patio with dining table, lounge chairs, etc. (ground floor is split in "two" one side is our owner`s unit, which we use sporadically and unobtrusively)

Ventnor Happy Ours Cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants, the library/cultural center, playgrounds, and more. Two miles to the casinos and excitement of Atlantic City and one mile to Margate`s restaurants and shops

Ventnor Happy Ours Cottage is NON SMOKING and OFF SEASON we allow one well behaved, CRATE TRAINED, neutered/spayed dog guest with signed pet agreement and pet guest fee of $300 per month.  A rental agreement along with a security deposit is required of our guests. We expect our Guests to leave the Cottage as they found it, we provide cleaning supplies as we do not charge a cleaning fee.  Our MAX occupancy is 6. WINTER RENTALS:  Utility deposit required, you are responsible for electric/gas.

We are now offering the opportunity to purchase CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) insurance for any new bookings. Please consider adding this to safeguard your booking fees.  Bookings made after March 26, 2020 will only be refunded as per our normal cancellation policies.
