Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is newly renovated with all new furniture and a kitchen appointed with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar and island.
Supplied with dinnerware, pots and pans, baking sheets, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, along with new sheets, blankets and towels.
Bedrooms: Queen Bed, Full Bed, Twin Bunk Beds
Washer dryer-and an outdoor shower provided as well.
This is two family with a full time, single tenant on the second floor. We cater to families only, no groups.
Fenced in yard for family barbecues. You`ll love the family atmosphere of Belmar. Weekly and monthly rates available. Winter rental also available from Sept through May
3 Beach Badges included (children under 13 don`t need a badge).
3 Beach Chairs
3,000 a week. 7 day minimum during the summer. 200.00 Cleaning fee plus 150 pet fee. Pets are welcome when under 40 pounds.
